🗑️ How to Manage or Delete Your Data
We make it easy and simple to manage your account and request data, following GDPR principles.
A. How to Delete Your Account
Want to take a break from the fun? No problem.
- Open the App: Go to the main settings page inside the DareBox Family app.
- Find the Button: Look for the button labeled "Permanently Delete My Account" (it might be under "Privacy Settings").
- Confirm: You'll be asked to confirm one last time. Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days.
B. How to Request Your Data
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Email Us: Send an email to our dedicated privacy team at:
hello@darebox.app - Include Details: In the email, please include the email address registered to your DareBox Family account.
- We Will Respond: We will verify your identity (to keep your data safe!) and send you a complete, readable copy of your data within 30 days.
